Job Title: Customer Service Officer -II (CSO – II)
JOB SUMMARY
The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and search for potential customers, ensures that correct receipts and advices are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash transaction and prepares daily cash position.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Required Education & Experience: BA degree in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance, Business Administration and other business related field of study;
Only Graduates of 2022 & 2023 (For 2023 graduate applicants who passed the national exit examination are advantageous.)
CGPA: For Female 2.5 & above – For Male 2.75 & above
Place of Work: Branches under Somali Region
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
